Trust

Booking is a matter of trust.

You're handing us your passport details, your card, and a plan for your Saturday. Here's exactly what happens to each of those, who we work with, and what we promise in return.

Powered by Duffel.

Tralto doesn't scrape. We source every flight, fare, and seat through Duffel — a travel API backed by Index Ventures and Blossom Capital that connects to more than 300 airlines through NDC, GDS, and direct low-cost-carrier feeds. Duffel holds the IATA accreditation and issues the ticket; you hold a real airline PNR that any airline counter, in any country, can look up and modify.

Translation: when something goes wrong at 2am in Frankfurt, you don't need Tralto to be awake. You have a normal airline ticket.

What you actually pay.

Two line items. That's the whole bill.

No percentage markups. No "drip" fees at checkout. No charge until the airline confirms the seat.

Five things we won't do.

01

No hidden markup.

The airline fare is the airline's number, pulled live from Duffel and passed through untouched. Our $9 service fee is a separate line — never a percentage, never baked in.

02

No bait-and-switch.

Prices hold for ~20 seconds from the moment shown. If the fare moves while you're booking, we stop and tell you.

03

No upsell gauntlet.

Three options, not thirty. No seat-selection popups, no travel insurance pressure, no "are you sure?" for sport.

04

No selling your data.

Your trips, your chats, your passport — never sold to advertisers or resold to third parties. Ever.

05

No silent failures.

If a booking fails, we show you why in English — and refund the hold the same minute the airline releases it.

Airlines we book.

Through Duffel's network: every major global carrier plus most low-cost airlines. If it sells seats online, we can usually book it.
